A cobbled driveway, with attractive gardens on both sides, leads to the main entrance door. From the entrance hall there is a cloakroom and a corridor leads you to 1 twin bedroom with en suite bathroom and French windows opening onto a terrace and overlooking the pool plus 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and French windows onto a covered balcony that overlooks the pool and golf course. The kitchen has a breakfast table for 8, central worktop island with 2 bar stools, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and extra fridge for drinks. There is access to the garage which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Continue down 2 stairs to the dining area with a table seating 10, and down a further 2 stairs leads to the courtyard garden, down a further 4 stairs to the lounge area with comfortable sofas and flat screen smart television. Down a further 2 steps leads to a snug with built-in seating and fireplace. There are French windows leading onto a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool and golf course.  The barbecue is within this terrace area. Up the marble staircase to 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room, and windows with lovely views of the golf course and 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with a separate walk in shower and several sets of windows overlooking the garden, pool area and golf course. The twin beds in one bedroom can be made up as a double on request. Maid service 2 times per week (including changeover).
