An excellent feature is that the house is centrally located within the plot meaning that the pool area can be gated, with its own dining area and mobile gas barbecue and table tennis accessible from the kitchen dining area, whilst the other side of the house offers a fantastic covered terrace overlooking the wonderfully kept grounds complete with high quality rattan dining area ensuring you can choose between shade or sun for alfresco meals at any time of the day. Each of the 4 bedrooms benefit from its own bathroom or shower room making this property ideal for large families or couples. The fantastic open double aspect living/dining has plenty of comfortable seating and gives easy access to the pool terrace and gardens.

Approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach and shops and restaurants at the Praca and approximately 2kms from the nearest supermarket at the entrance to Vale do Lobo.

Gated driveway leads to entrance hall, left into a modern shower room, followed by a twin bedroom. Opposite this leads you into the master bedroom with large double bed and double set of French Windows  leading out to the garden terrace,  full en suite bathroom. Straight ahead from the entrance hall leads into a spacious living and dining room with an open fireplace, ample sofa seating, French windows onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden, TV, DVD.  The dining area has a table and chairs for 8 and access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and is fully fitted and equipped with mixed hob (1 x electric and 3 gas), eye level integrated oven and integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. It has a door leading to an outside courtyard where you will also find a cupboard which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate cupboard is fitted with an additional fridge. At the far side of the living room, are two further bedrooms, one twin bedded with French windows leading to the garden terrace, and the other a double bed with an en suite shower room. A separate shower room, is located between these 2 bedrooms. Maid service 2 times per week. Pool heating and air conditioning are available at extra cost, if required.
