Approximately 10 to 15 minutes walk to the beach and shops and restaurants at the Praca and approximately 2kms from the nearest supermarket at the entrance to Vale do Lobo.

Gated driveway leads to main entrance. Entrance hall left, into a shower room, followed by a twin bedroom with a window to the front. Entrance hall right, into the main double bedroom with ensuite shower room, patio doors to terrace and window to the covered terrace in front of the living room. Straight ahead from the entrance hall, into living and dining room with ample sofa seating and double set of patio doors onto a covered terrace with comfortable outdoor lounge seating and dining furniture, overlooking the garden. The dining area gives access to the pool terrace. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and is fully fitted and equipped with an electric hob, eye level integrated oven and integrated microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer. It has a door leading to a courtyard from where the laundry room can be accessed. A separate cupboard is fitted with an additional fridge. At the far side of the living room, are two further bedrooms, on the left, a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room and window; on the right, a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate shower and patio doors to the covered terrace in front of the living room.  Maid service 2 times per week. Pool heating and air conditioning are available at extra cost, if required.
