Double wrought iron gates open up to large cobblestone driveway with sail shade covered parking. Front door with security lock gives access to entrance hall which opens up to cosy sitting area on the left and, in front and three steps down, it is open plan with the spacious, high ceilinged living room which flows into the high end modern kitchen with cooking island and from there into the dining room. Entrance hall to the left: cloakroom; to the right: door to small hall with 1 shower room, 2 twin bedrooms (one with TV / Apple streaming), both with patio doors to terraces that connect to the spacious pool terrace and garden.  From entrance hall left into cosy sitting area and door with three steps down to 1 master bedroom with en suite walk-in shower and patio doors to terrace to the side of the garden.   From the cosy sitting area to the staircase to the first floor and 1 master bedroom with walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with separate shower and patio doors to large terrace with sun sail shading, lounge seating and wonderful views with ocean as backdrop.   From the terrace, staircase down into shaded barbecue area with portable charcoal barbecue, granite worktop with sink and outdoor dining table and chairs.   The tall and large patio doors of the living room open up to the spacious pool terrace that is level with the large infinity pool. To the left, there is the barbecue terrace, to right there is a sun sail shaded terrace with lounge seating and access to the garden, with petanque court.
