Porches, famous for its hand made pottery, is also close by.  The house itself is modern and well equipped as the owners live here most of the year and vacate for the summer months.  With a charming and well tended garden and pool area that can be gated, it is ideal for families. The south facing terrace is furnished with attractive outdoor dining furniture and a terrace awning to provide shade when required.  The interior of the villa is light and cheerful, making one feel welcome from the moment of stepping through the front door. Living and dining area are open plan with the kitchen, with windows and several patio doors overlooking the garden, terraces and pool area.   The well-appointed three bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the first floor with two of the bedrooms sharing a large terrace with great views, recommended for sunset cocktails !

The beach and town of Armação de Pêra is at only a 4km drive away, Salgados beach and bird sanctuary at 5km and the centre of Alcantarilha is a few hundred metres walking distance away and has local shops and bigger supermarkets.
