Two nicely decorated double bedrooms and one twin are also to be found on the ground floor as well as a bathroom and a shower room. The first floor is reached by a winding open staircase (care should be taken with young children) which is situated in the middle of the entrance hall and living room and features the spacious master bedroom with large double bed and en suite shower room with two sinks. There is a walk-in wardrobe and patio doors open up to a large terrace with sun loungers and which overlooks the development of Vilas Alvas. Surrounding the villa, a spacious terrace offers space for everyone, including sun loungers and al-fresco dining with a brick built barbecue ready to enjoy this wonderful combination of outdoor cooking, sun and pool. A further good length of grass lawn will be much appreciated by young and old for some outdoor games. This villa, being situated so near to so much, will rapidly be part of everyone’s holiday list.
Approximately 3 mins drive from the nearest beach, the Quinta Shopping centre with supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars, 8 mins from the ‘Praça’ at Vale do Lobo and 5 mins from Almancil centre with its wide choice of supermarkets and restaurants.
Iron pedestrian gate opens up to a small flight of steps which lead to the large terrace with pool and the front door. Spacious entrance hall flows into the living room which goes around to the left into the dining area. The kitchen is accessed either from the entrance hall or from the dining area and is fitted with a 4-ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer, toaster, espresso coffee machine, kettle and citrus press and many other electrical kitchen gadgets. From entrance hall to the right, staircase down to garage, closed with stair gate, not to be used. Further to the right, 1 shower room followed by 1 twin bedroom. On the left hand side are 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Open staircase in entrance hall leads to 1 double bedroom with 1 en suite shower room and two sinks, walk-in wardrobe and terrace (unfortunately the bath in this bedroom cannot be used). Ground floor features a large terrace with awning by the front entrance, pool at the front corner of the terrace, barbecue by front entrance and grass lawn round to the back. Maid service 3 x per week including change over, Wi-Fi included. Air conditioning and pool heating are available at additional cost if required.
