All three bedrooms, with patio doors to the garden and pool area, have their own en suite bath- or shower room. The heatable and very generous sized pool will be the star attraction set in this huge plot! It is nicely situated within the grassy lawns of Seteais, in front of the covered terrace. The pool, the garden and its surroundings of trees and shrubs, the setting of the villa, the tranquillity and sense of space are the perfect ingredients for a superb holiday.   

The centre of Carvoeiro is a little over 3km drive away, supermarkets at 5km and the nearest beach is at only 500m walking distance, though it should be noted that this beach (Praia dos Três Castelos) is not supervised and therefore is at your own risk. Carvoeiro has a wide choice of wonderful beaches, as has the whole of the Algarve, and all are easily reached by car.

Double wrought iron gates open up to cobbled driveway and plenty parking. Main entrance door opens up to circular entrance hall with vaulted ceiling. In front and three steps up, living and dining area with log burning stove, TV, DVD and sound system, 3 large sets of patio doors open up to the covered terrace, garden and pool area. From dining area into kitchen with 5-ring electric hob, large oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, espresso machine and all the further necessary electrical kitchen equipment. Washing machine and tumble dryer in separate utility room which can be opened by maid. Entrance hall to the left, 1 Twin, walk-in closet, en suite bathroom with separate walk-in shower and patio doors to the garden and pool, 1 Twin, with en suite bathroom and patio doors to garden, 1 Twin, with en suite shower room and patio doors to garden.
