The generous sized pool with tiled terrace and parts of grassy lawns is right in front of the living and dining room terraces, the latter flowing into a pleasant outdoor dining terrace with a large charcoal barbecue, worktop and sink. Ideal for al fresco meals whilst enjoying the sounds of nature and a refreshing splash into the pool! The villa is spread out over one level and basically divided into two parts; the three bedrooms, bathroom and shower room are situated on one end and the comfortable open plan living/dining room and well-equipped kitchen on the other.
