Driveway with electric gates leads up to the villa, with the front door to the side of the building. Entrance hall to the left leads to open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen on split-levels. Sitting room with log burning fire, TV, DVD player and Sonos music system and patio doors to terrace and on lower level, the barbecue area and pool area beyond. Steps lead down from the sitting room to the dining area with patio doors to terrace and leads to the modern kitchen with fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and silestone worktops. Door to outside which provides direct access to the barbecue area. From the entrance hall to the right leads to a twin bedroom with patio doors to the garden, a further twin bedroom with patio doors to the pool area and both share a bathroom with walk-in shower. Double bedroom with small window and patio doors to the pool area, en suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Upstairs to the master bedroom with patio doors to terrace with seating and stairs down to the barbecue area, en suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. Maid service 2 times per week (Including changeover day). Air conditioning is included and is available in the bedrooms only.
