All three bedrooms are situated on the ground level and because of its Mediterranean built they are cool, however for those who do need a bit of extra cooling, fans are provided. Two bedrooms share a bathroom and the third bedroom has an en suite shower room. As the villa is set on a slope, the living room/dining area –with air conditioning- and kitchen are situated on a slightly higher level and connect with the covered front terrace and with the barbecue and pool area. Entrance hall to the right, 1 double (smaller size double bed) bedroom with patio doors to terrace overlooking the front garden, 1 large double bedroom with an extra bed (single), en suite shower room and patio doors opening up to the same terrace overlooking the front garden. To the left is a bathroom, 1 twin bedroom with patio doors to terrace to the side. From the hall a staircase with 5 steps leads up to the living/dining area with air conditioning, log burning stove, TV, DVD, patio doors to covered terrace overlooking the garden. Door to the kitchen with 4-ring electrical hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and toasted sandwich maker amongst other electrical appliances. Washing machine in utility room next to kitchen, door to pool area with sun beds and terrace around the pool. Outdoor dining terrace with portable barbecue.
Maid service 2 x per week including changeover. Part air conditioning in lounge only. Car hire recommended.
