The well-known sports club and bar “Browns” is only 300mts away from the villa and the “Spar” supermarket less than 10 mins walk and just 800m away. The vibrant marina and the beach are a few minutes by car or taxi ride away but can also be reached on foot in about 40 minutes, making Fairways II ideal for those who do not wish to rely on a car every day.

Cobblestone driveway leads to the villa’s parking area and car porch. Wrought iron gated patio gives access to the front door which opens up to the entrance hall.
