This charming villa is situated in the popular Monte Servo area close to the centre of Carvoeiro which is a leisurely 10 minutes’ walk away (downhill all the way, some may opt for taxi ride home!) So, all the facilities the village has to offer including, restaurants, bars, cafes, shops and beach are all on your door step, making use of a hire car not essential. Cynmar was especially designed to occupy the highest part of the plot, thereby avoiding the need of staircases within the villa nor at outdoor spaces and only needing the use of the one exterior staircase which leads to the main entrance. Tastefully furnished in contemporary style one feels immediately at home when stepping over the threshold. The open plan living/dining/kitchen with log burning stove has patio doors which open up to a covered terrace and a lovely outdoor space with (heatable) pool. Just off the living room is the main double bedroom with en suite shower room, double patio doors open up to a covered terrace and the pool area with a table tennis table. A further double bedroom and twin share a shower room with walk in shower This is new so picture will be updated in due course) and their patio doors give access to a large balcony with a pleasant land view. This is a perfect holiday home for those who do not wish to drive as everything is within short walking distance. If you do want to venture out a bit further, taxis are easy to get and there is the Seven Hanging Valleys circuit bus as well, which will take you as far as Ferragudo or over to the other side, the beaches which are part of the Seven Hanging Valleys.
