A country track leads to the villa with cobblestone parking outside the property and further parking space off the track, if required. Steps lead down to a terrace and through a gate to a larger terrace, that leads to the front door. Front door opens to a small hallway with steps up to the open plan living and dining areas with patio doors that open to a partly covered terrace with views over the surrounding countryside. Master double bedroom with ceiling fan, patio doors to a balcony and en suite bathroom with separate walk in shower. From the hallway to the left is the kitchen and from the hallway to the right is a double bedroom with celing fan, patio doors to a terrace, a shower room, a twin bedroom with celing fan, patio doors to a terrace and an en suite shower room.
