Casa da Criança is a magnificent villa commanding a privileged position on the hill side close to Santa Barbara de Nexe and enjoys spectacular country side views with the ocean in the background. There is well equipped country style kitchen and delightful open plan living dining area that leads out on to the covered terrace with ample seating and an excellent covered bbq area with circular dining table. This is a most beautiful spot to enjoy outdoor meals and create happy holiday memories. The ground floor also consists of a double bedroom with adjacent baby room, complete with wooden cot, baby dressing table, stair gate, highchair and toys- en suite bathroom and separate shower. From the Living room a staircase leads to the first floor where 3 more bedrooms and shower rooms are situated.

Double wrought iron entrance gates open up to cobblestone drive with ample parking. The villa’s entrance can be reached by the cobblestone drive or by crossing the pool area which lies a level higher, then 3 steps up to the lounge and barbecue terraces, from where the front door and kitchen door are reached. Barbecue terrace flows into kitchen terrace and has a separate cloakroom on the left. Fully equipped Kitchen with island and breakfast bar with 2 stools, ceramic electric hob, electric fan assisted oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, juicer etc. Off the kitchen to dining area with dining table and 4 chairs, 2 seater sofa and 40’’ TV and DVD player (this TV only plays dvd’s) which then flows into the main living room and with wood burning stove, 75’’ TV, blue tooth sound system playing both inside and outside (switchable), ceiling fans.
