Approximately 2kms from the shops and 850m from the beach.
Path leads to front door that opens to a hallway. Stairs lead down to the ground floor sitting and dining area with comfortable sofas and armchairs, TV, log burning stove and patio doors to terrace, dining table for 6 and access to the kitchen with door to the side terrace and barbecue area. Double bedroom, accessed via the sitting room, with patio doors to terrace and en suite bathroom. From the hallway steps lead up to the first floor. Double bedroom with doors to balcony overlooking the pool and en suite bathroom. Twin bedroom with small office, doors to balcony and en suite shower room. Maid service 3 times per week. Air conditioning available (bedrooms only) at extra charge, if required.
