Outside, the ample landscaped garden features a shaded terrace in front of the living room overlooking the barbecue area and a large pool that will certainly be the most desired place to be on a hot day.

Villa Carrah is at a quick 15 min drive from the beaches of Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago and Vilamoura/Quarteira and at only 10 min from the well-known Mar Shopping and fashion outlet. The nearest supermarkets are in Almancil and so are the nearest restaurants, cafés and coffee shops, all at a mere 5 mins drive away.

Entrance to the villa is by the garden gate at the back of the property, with the parking space next to the gate. A couple of steps down into the garden lead to the back entrance with access to the utility room and the kitchen. From kitchen access to dining room and to front door entrance hall. Dining room open plan with living room, TV, several patio doors open up to the garden, barbecue area and pool. Entrance hall with cloakroom in front and on the left-hand side 1 twin bedroom (beds together) with walk-in wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
