PLEASE NOTE : There is a reduction on the price, due to the construction of a new villa being built on the plot of land adjacent to the villa, 100m away. The works started in June 2023 and most of the structure and noisy work will be completed before summer 2024. There may still be some disturbance hence the reduction in price.
