A cosy town house situated in Benfarras which is a typical small Algarvian village away from the busy tourist spots, yet just a short drive from the cosmopolitan golf and marina resort of Vilamoura which is only approximately 5 kms away.  Offering wonderful sea and countryside views, this traditional style town house is great value for smaller parties only needing two bedrooms and has been carefully refurbished to retain all of its charm with maximum use of the space including a spacious south facing roof terrace. The accommodation is all situated on one level with living and dining room that opens up to an enclosed patio-terrace with plenty of seating, comfortable al-fresco dining furniture, and plunge pool flanked by sunbeds. This terrace flows into a very pleasant barbecue patio with built-in charcoal grill that is also reached via the kitchen. A few hundred meters at the bottom of the hill, is the village café where all the locals stop and there are some restaurants nearby too. The house is conveniently near the EN125 and a just a short drive from the A22 motorway, making it an ideal base for those that wish to explore by car, but also experience a more traditional Algarve village away from the touristy areas. 

Nearest supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi and Attent Holandês) are in Boliqueime, a short drive of 4kms. Continente a large supermarket is situated between Vilamoura and Quarteira at around 9kms. MarShopping, the well-known shopping centre and fashion outlet is situated between Loule and Almancil at a 20mins drive away (around 18kms) There are several local restaurants and cafés in the vicinity at walking distance. The wider choice of restaurants is to be found at the Vilamoura Marina, at roughly 7kms away. The closest beaches are Praia de Vilamoura and Praia da Falesia, both at around 9kms.

Pedestrian gate gives access to the enclosed patio-terrace, leading to the front door. Entrance into open plan living and dining room with TV, windows to the front and patio doors to the terrace. From the living room into small hall with 1 Double bedroom, with windows to the barbecue terrace, 1 bathroom and 1 Double bedroom with windows to the front. From dining area into kitchen with windows to pool terrace, 4-ring electric hob, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and all the further necessary kitchen equipment. Kitchen open to small hall with door to barbecue terrace, 1 shower room, staircase up to roof terrace. Maid service on changeover day, extra towel change midweek. Air conditioning if required, at an extra cost.
