This beautiful Quinta perched in the hills close to the historic town of Estoi (approximately 15 kms east of Loule) has been carefully extended and totally modernised by its current owners. This stylish home affords magnificent panoramic views of a large stretch of the Algarve coast line in the distance and is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy this stunning part of Portugal. The renowned island beaches of Deserta, Culatra, Armona and Fuseta can be seen in the distance and reached by car.
The property consists of a two-storey traditional country house which flows into a more modern extension, both featuring high sloped ceilings with light coloured beams, giving it a sense of space and comfort at the same time. This villa is ideal for a party of eight as there are two separate living rooms, each with TV and two large terraces facing south, offering the splendid views. Set in a large gated plot with plenty of outdoor space and quality dining furniture relaxing pool time and fabulous sunsets are guaranteed.
Just down the hill there are two restaurants at approx.1.3kms driving distance, the nearest town (Estói) is at only 4kms, Moncarapacho at 10kms and the well-known shopping centre ‘Mar Shopping’ with its Fashion Outlet and Ikea are at a little over 15kms away. The island beaches of Armona, Deserta and Fuseta are at approx. 16kms driving distance followed by a short passenger ferry boat crossing. Quinta do Lago beach is situated to the other side of Faro and approx. 27kms away.
Double gates to large parking area. Steps lead down to path leading to terrace and entrance door and also to pathway around the villa, side garden and pool terrace. Entrance hall flows into dining area and kitchen with 4-ring electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all the further necessary kitchen equipment. Dining area flows into living room with log burning stove, TV and patio doors to terrace with awnings and pool terrace. From entrance hall to the left there is a laundry/cloakroom with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and toilet, a hallway with 1 shower room and 1 double bedroom with windows to the pool terrace. A staircase leads up to the first floor with on the right 1 main double bedroom with TV, en suite bathroom with separate shower and patio doors to balcony. On the left 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors to same balcony as main bedroom. From entrance hall further into hallway a mirrored door gives access to the hallway of the ‘new’ part of the villa, presenting 1 double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio doors to the deck terrace. Hallway flows into the living room with TV and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, dishwasher x2, microwave x 2, kettle and toaster. Two sets of large patio doors lead to the deck terrace. Maid service 3x per week including change over, air conditioning if required at extra cost.
