Casa Oleander is a lovely addition to our programme and boasts two sitting rooms, 4 en suite bedrooms, a lovely sea view from a generous terrace and a quiet location with amenities close by during the summer season including a sea water swimming pool, restaurant and cafe. The villa itself has been very tastefully decorated in a modern style and provides very comfortable and spacious accommodation. The garden boasts a gazebo with sun loungers, and a very special touch is the magnificent outdoor kitchen with large gas barbecue, set under the sun sail shade together with dining table and chairs, and lounge seating that just calls out for sunset cocktails whilst food is being prepared. The pool terrace with sunbeds is yet another spot to provide the perfect outdoor living. For those who enjoy walking, the centre of Luz can be reached on foot in around half an hour and the pretty village of Burgau in about an hour, both along the cliff tops.

Pedestrian gate opens to the front garden and a path with steps leading to the front door. Front door opens to a hallway giving access to the open plan sitting room and dining area with patio doors to the partly-covered terrace overlooking the front garden. Over to the right is the pool with sunbeds, flowing into the pleasant garden at the back of the villa, with gazebo and sail shaded dining area and outdoor kitchen with large gas barbecue and electric portable Weber BBQ (not pictured). The kitchen  has a small island, door to the pool area and can be separated from the living area using sliding glass doors. Twin bedroom with en suite shower room. Guest cloakroom with shower.
