Birgitta is in a fantastic location just 100m from the Atlantic ocean and the Carvoeiro Boardwalk, which is a stunning coastal path that winds along the cliffs and ocean front to Algar Sêco, eventually linking to a 6km trail that’s called ‘the seven valleys’  running from Centianes beach to Praia da Marinha. Situated in a peaceful residential area yet just 200m from Carvoeiro beach and a short stroll from all the town has to offer. Birgitta is perfect for those that want the peace and privacy your own villa brings without needing a car to visit the beach and nightlife.  The villa is very well appointed as it is the owners main home, who vacate for the summer months, so you will find everything you need for the perfect stay.  The good size pool is accessed from the living room and downstairs bedrooms with a delightful outdoor dining area, bbq and seating. The master suite upstairs also has a substantial terrace with comfortable seating and retractable shade, affording beautiful ocean views and the perfect spot to relax any time of the day. The cosy open plan living and dining area connect to the well-equipped kitchen with pantry and utility room, giving access to the barbecue terrace where a separate laundry room is situated, with an extra drinks fridge thoughtfully provided. All the bedrooms are made up as doubles but can be made into singles on request in advance. A car porch is conveniently situated inside the double gated entrance, thereby avoiding the need to find parking space for those that do prefer hiring a car.

Less than 250m and just a few minutes’ walk away, is the vibrant Carvoeiro centre with its many restaurants, bars, shops and Carvoeiro Beach. The boardwalk’s access is practically in front of Casa Birgitta, just off the main cliff road ‘Estrada do Algar Sêco’

From entrance hall to the left, small corridor with 1 shower room and 2 double bedrooms each with patio doors to the pool terrace. From entrance hall in front, into open plan living and dining area with patio doors to pool terrace. From dining area into kitchen with pantry and utility room with door to small landing and 3 steps down to barbecue terrace and laundry room. The exterior on the other side of the villa has a gated area with a small orchard and a patio with two sunbeds. From entrance hall staircase up to 1 main double bedroom with en suite shower room and patio door to spacious terrace, with sofas and table and chairs extra fridge.
