€600 for groups A, B, C, D and O which can be waived upon payment of approximately €8.5 per day.
€900 for groups E, F and O1 which can be waived upon payment of approximately €10 per day.
€1200 for groups G, G2, Q, X1, X and Y which can be waived upon payment of approximately €12 per day.
€2000 for group H which cannot be waived.

Annual European Excess Cover

We recommend an annual insurance policy specifically designed to cover car hire insurance excesses from just £49 per year. This would cover you for multiple trips throughout Europe and can work out cheaper than paying the local charges on an average 14 day rental. It does mean, however, that in the event of damage to the car, you must pay the excess locally and claim on your return to the UK. Please note that in any event damage to wheels, tyres, locks, mirrors or the undercarriage of the vehicle is always the responsibility of the renter. PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) is not included. We recommend that you check with your own travel insurance provider that you are covered for personal injury whilst driving a hired vehicle.
