It is almost impossible to convey every detail of each property we feature in the confines of a brochure or a website. We therefore invite you to call one of our experienced reservations staff should you wish to discuss any villa description, or your holiday requirements in more detail. Our friendly staff have intimate first hand knowledge of all of our properties and their locations, ensuring you will be matched perfectly to your own individual requirements.
How to choose the right villa for you
All our properties are fully furnished and equipped and all have a hob, oven, iron, ironing board and fridge or fridge/freezer as standard (unless otherwise stated). Please refer to the individual villa description to see whether your chosen villa has additional facilities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and TV or music system. To enable you to make the right choice, we have graded our properties. Please note that this is based purely on our own experience and is not an "official” grading system:

How to book
Please call our reservations team on 01428 727277 who will be instantly able to tell you if your selected villa is available for your chosen dates. We are happy to hold provisional bookings for 3 days to enable your travel arrangements to be booked. Your holiday balance is due 8 weeks prior to departure and the payment date will be clearly noted on your confirmation invoice.
With our compliments
To delay the inevitable shopping trip on arrival until after you have settled into your accommodation all our clients receive a welcome grocery pack on arrival with our compliments. This will consist of the basic essentials to get you started and provide a light meal on arrival and breakfast the next morning.
Winter breaks
With the Algarve's often pleasant winter climate and its relaxed pace of life, many people enjoy a break away from the doldrums of the British winter. With this in mind we have specifically selected houses that are particularly suited to a winter holiday. Most of these villas have heated swimming pools and some form of interior heating, an ideal way to recharge your batteries.
Maid service
To give you a break from mundane household chores whilst on holiday, we have arranged maid service for each property and this can be anything up to 6 days per week. Please see individual villa descriptions for exactly how much is provided.
Resort staff
Each property has its own House Manager, who is there to ensure that the house is maintained to a high standard at all times. We appreciate the fact that our clients are more independent than normal package holiday clients and do not necessarily need a member of our staff to visit. However, for your peace of mind, our resort staff are always on hand to assist and happy to visit, should you wish. You will be given contact telephone numbers with your documents for your House Manager, our resort representative and a 24-hour out of office contact number for emergencies.
Your financial security
For complete peace of mind Affinity Villas complies fully with the Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992. This means all monies paid to us are protected in the unlikely event of the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the unlikely insolvency of Affinity Villas Limited. This protection comes into force in one of two ways as follows:

Flight inclusive holidays
If you book a holiday with us that includes air travel provided by us then the package is ATOL protected, since we hold an Air Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority. Our ATOL number is ATOL 6160 and in the unlikely event of insolvency the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
Accommodation only holidays
If you have made your own flight arrangements and only booked your accommodation through Affinity Villas Ltd then you are fully protected for the initial deposit and subsequently the balance of all monies paid to us. A certificate detailing this cover for each passenger will be given as evidence of cover at the time of booking. This insurance has been arranged by IGI Insurance Limited.
Breakage deposits
Many of our properties are carefully furnished second homes and therefore we take a security deposit that ranges from £400-£1000. This deposit is payable with your balance and refunded two weeks after your return.

This information is there to ensure that you get the most from your holiday and that you are fully aware of potential problems and local anomalies. Please take time to read this section carefully before you travel.
Advance bookings
Many of our houses are extremely popular and often book up over a year in advance. If you are already planning your next years holiday and wish to reserve your favourite villa now, then we are happy to hold an Advance Registration for you for next year. Please contact us with your chosen dates, and subject to the villa owners own personal holiday requirements, we will hold this house for you until the brochure is published. We will need to take a small refundable deposit to do this and you will be the first to receive the new brochure at which point you can decide if you wish to proceed with your advance booking or have your deposit refunded to you in full.
