Casa da Oliveira is a superb choice for those looking for something stylish, comfortable and spacious with the bonus of being within walking distance of local amenities. The house has lovely personal touches throughout and has been decorated with uplifting colours and well chosen furniture offering plenty of space and comfort for 8 people. The exterior is equally as lovely as the interior and a raised terrace with large dining table and retractable sunshade overlooks the pool and colourful garden. You will be spoiled for choice when it comes to outdoor dining with plenty of seating areas both shaded and open together with a superb barbecue terrace with sink, marble table and benches. For those who want to explore the local area on foot the seaside resort of Armacao de Pera is approximately 2kms away and there are a few local cafes, bars and restaurants plus a supermarket all within a few minutes walk. The village of Porches is a couple of kilometres in the opposite direction and also has some great value local restaurants.

Approximately 2 kms from the beach and 2.5 kms from the centre of the town. Local shops 1km.

A gated entrance leads along a path through the garden to the villa. Guest cloakroom off the entrance hall, doors to L-shaped lounge with satellite TV (some English channels) and doors to a covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, dining room with CD and arch to modern kitchen with microwave, 5 ring hob and large oven, dishwasher and American style fridge with ice maker, utility room with washing machine. 1 double bedroom with chaise longue and CD player, 1 large bathroom with walk in power shower and Jacuzzi bath, 1 twin bedroom and doors to a covered terrace. Upstairs to a landing with seating area, 1 twin bedroom with TV and doors to a balcony with steps leading down to the pool, master double bedroom with doors to a terrace with sea views, TV and large bathroom en suite with walk in power shower. Air conditioning is available at extra cost, if required. Pool towels provided. Maid service 3 days per week. Car hire recommended.
