Situated in the Goldra countryside Casa Carvalho is a newly converted farmhouse offering privacy and comfort with great views of the surrounding hills. Loule, with its excellent early morning Sat market, is just a few kilometres away and the beaches and coastal resorts can be reached in twenty minutes by car. The villa interior is stylishly furnished with chic modern bathrooms and a superb kitchen that opens out onto the covered dining terrace. Two sitting areas make it ideal for families with children who enjoy being able to play their own games on the thoughtfully supplied play station. The owners live here most of the winter and therefore the property is very well equipped throughout making an ideal country retreat for our clients.

Entrance into hall, off which is 1 double bedroom (no air conditioning), 1 bathroom, play room with wall mounted TV. Steps up to master double bedroom with en suite shower room and doors to a terrace, 1 shower room, 2 twin bedrooms, each with TV and CD player and doors to the pool. Sitting room with wall mounted satellite TV with English channels, DVD, CD player, playstation and wi-fi internet access. Fitted kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, integral coffee maker and doors to the rear terrace with built in barbecue. Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Air conditioning in all rooms, except one bedroom and the kitchen, is available at extra cost, if required. Pool towels provided. Maid service 3 times per week. Car hire essential.
