From the moment you step through the oversized front door, especially imported from South Africa, you realise that everything is finished to the highest of standards. The double height sitting room with mezzanine takes full advantage of the views with picture windows leading out to the terrace and all the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning and en suite bath or shower rooms. A steep driveway leads down to the main entrance leading into a corridor, left leads to a sitting room with satellite TV and DVD, ultra modern kitchen with microwave and utility room containing a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Glass doors lead out to the pool terrace. Second sitting room off which is 1 twin bedroom with shower room en suite and 1 double bedroom with shower room en suite and doors to a small garden with views of the Monchique. Stairs up to 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, dressing room and doors to a balcony. To the right of the entrance there is 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom, all with their own shower rooms en suite and doors to the pool terrace, and 1 double bedroom with bathroom en suite and doors to the pool terrace..
