A 20 minute drive from Faro airport and only 5 mins from the bustling market town of Loule with its lively restaurants, bars cafés and shops. The beach is approximately 15 kms. 

Entrance hall left: hall with access to 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room on the left, 1 bathroom in the middle and, on the right, three steps down, 1 twin bedroom with large en suite shower room and patio doors to covered terrace. Entrance hall right: archway to dining area and well equipped kitchen including washing machine, microwave, dishwasher and large double door fridge freezer, door to kitchen patio. Two steps down from dining area into the living room with TV and DVD, open plan with dining area. Spacious covered terrace in front of living room and second twin bedroom, with ample outdoor dining facilities,  gas barbecue and comfortable lounge seating.  Entrance hall in front: staircase to first floor. In front:1 single bedroom (no air con), to the left: 1 large main double bedroom with en suite bathroom and separate shower, large private terrace with superb views of the garden, countryside and the sea in the distance. Maid service 2 times per week. Air conditioning (bedrooms (not the single room) and kitchen only)  is available at extra cost, if required.
