Ash Cloud Guarantee

If you make a booking from today for departure within the next 4 weeks and your outbound travel arrangements are cancelled due to the ash cloud, we will refund the cost of your villa.

CONDITIONS OF GUARANTEE

1. All flight details must be provided at the time of booking.
2. You must notify us of your flight cancellation by email prior to your scheduled arrival, and your flight must be cancelled due to airspace closures/restrictions resulting from the volcanic ash cloud.
3. A refund will not be given if your flights are re-scheduled, or alternative arrangements are made, that allows you to stay at the villa for all, or part, of the time booked.
4. We are unable to extend this offer to clients who booked on, or before 24 May who should have adequate travel insurance.
5. Should inbound flights be cancelled, or re-scheduled, due to the ash cloud Affinity Villas are unable extend your stay free of charge however resort staff will provide assistance and offer accommodation at cost, subject to availability.
