Located just to the west of Praia da Luz in a residential area of luxury villas with uninterrupted frontline sea views, Tir Na Nog is an individual and spacious villa of recent construction. Beautifully furnished with handmade French and Portuguese furniture it is equipped to a very high standard throughout. The villa provides a fantastic base to explore the unspoilt Western coast, if you can drag yourself away from the villa. The large terrace with infinity pool is the ideal place to relax and soak up the sun. The infinity pool cascades into a smaller 1.1m depth pool, perfect for supervised children to play in. The villa is surrounded by landscaped gardens with a sizeable lawn and a delightful barbecue area with fabulous sea views. The barbecue area is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, plus table and seating for 8 and a large parasol to provide shade. The sandy horse-shoe bay of Praia da Luz is approximately 15 minute walk away. Once a small fishing village comprising of little white cottages lining cobbled streets leading down past the church and towards the beach. The arrival of tourism means that there is now an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants to choose from. For the active, water sports are available during high season, a number of golf courses are within easy reach and there are miles of stunning walks along the coast path in front of the villa.

A driveway leads up to the main entrance into a hall, spacious sitting/dining room with satellite TV (free to air channels), VHS, DVD and iPod docking station. Doors lead out to a furnished covered terrace overlooking the pool and sea beyond. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, side-by-side fridge/freezer with ice maker and water filter, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and satellite TV (free to air channels). Master double bedroom with satellite TV (free to air channels) and DVD player, en suite bathroom and doors to the pool, double bedroom with satellite TV (free to air channels), en suite shower room and doors to the pool, 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room, 1 twin bedroom, 1 shower room. 1 double bedroom with satellite TV (free to air channels) and bathroom en suite is on the lower level and has independent access. The owners respectfully request that clients do not smoke inside the villa. Air conditioning, underfloor heating, pool heating and WiFi are available at extra cost, if required. Pool towels provided.
