In a residential area not far from Vilamoura Old Village this large modern house has the benefit of air conditioning throughout. The interior is modern and very well equipped as the owners use Casa Terra Nova as a second home during the winter months. The cosy lounge area with widescreen satellite TV with DVD, VCR and video library provides indoor entertainment and the delightful covered terrace with built in barbecue overlooks the pool and extended shady garden beyond. There is also a large roof terrace with good views.

Approximately 4kms from the beach and 1km from the shops,Vilamoura centre approximately 25 minutes walk.

Ground Floor: L-shaped lounge/dining room with satellite TV and doors to the pool area, kitchen with washing machine, microwave and dishwasher. 1 twin bedroom and 1 double bedroom each with en-suite bathrooms. First floor, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom each with en suite bathroom. Pool heating,air conditioning and Wifi are available at extra cost if required. Pool towels provided. Maid service 5 times per week. Car hire recommended.
