Situated in a peaceful quiet part of Vilamoura not far from Browns Leisure Club and a short drive from the Marina, Os Jovens is spacious and very comfortable with pretty hedged gardens and a secluded pool area. The owners use the house for much of the winter months so you will find it furnished as a second home rather than a holiday rental property which means it has many personal touches that make it ideal for those seeking comfort, value and good local amenities for all ages. Well furnished and equipped throughout Os Jovens is very popular and early booking is highly recommended. The villa also has the added bonus of air conditioning in the bedrooms and the pool can be heated. Pool safety net available on request.

Approximately 3km from the beach and Marina at Vilamoura, and 1km from the nearest supermarket.

Entrance hall, up 2 steps to the lounge with free-to-air satellite TV, DVD and CD and glass sliding doors leading out to the pool terrace with built in barbecue, up 2 more steps to the dining area, modern well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and dryer. 1 double bedroom with doors to the terrace and full bathroom en suite. 1 twin bedroom with adjacent shower room. Up spiral stairs to 1 twin bedroom with small terrace and a full bathroom. Wi-Fi, air conditioning and pool heating are available at extra cost if required. Pool towels provided. Maid service 3 times per week. Car hire essential.
