Casa Cotta is a very desirable holiday villa. Situated in the residential area of Salicos, surrounded by countryside just 3 kilometres from the popular resort of Carvoeiro, the house combines a traditional Quinta with modern living, with superb views and total privacy. The owners, who live here throughout the winter, have lovingly restored this property retaining all of its charm with timber and cane ceilings, perfectly combining it with modern comfortable furniture and a newly fitted kitchen. The shaded outdoor terrace is perfect for relaxing with uninterrupted views of the countryside and the landscaped garden and pool. It is possible to walk to a couple of local restaurants; however, Carvoeiro has an abundance of choice just minutes away by car.

Approximately 4 kms from the beach and 2 kms from the shops, bars and restaurants.

Entrance hall leads to the lounge/dining room with steps up to a sitting room with CD and wood burning stove between them. The lounge has satellite TV with free to air stations and doors to a large covered terrace, abutted by orange and lemon trees, and steps down to a grass lawn leading to the pool. There is a gazebo by the pool and a barbecue area outside the kitchen which is modern and has a dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate laundry room outside with washing machine and dryer. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, steps lead down from the lounge to 1 twin bedroom, a shower room and a card room. Pool towels provided. Wi-Fi available at additional cost, if required. Maid service 3 times per week. Car hire essential.
