Situated overlooking the Arade river estuary, Boca do Rio offers complete privacy in a most stunning location. The infinity pool makes the most of this spectacular setting with the estuary being home to flamingos and a host of other birds with the backdrop framed by the suspension bridge in the distance and the Monchique mountains beyond. The house is grand and luxurious with rich wood floors and contemporary furnishings. The owners have made the most of all the outdoor space with gazebos and covered terraces offering wonderfully relaxing spots to enjoy the vista. With plenty of lawn for children to run around and the privacy of a completely enclosed garden, set in a location that is tranquil but not too remote, Boca do Rio is the perfect villa for groups of all ages. The lively beach resort of Praia da Rocha is just a few minutes drive away and the sleepy fishing village of Ferragudo is just 3kms away.

Please note that the photographs were taken during the winter, when the sun was very low, hence there appears to be considerable shade in the garden and pool area. This will not be the case during the Summer season. Sun loungers will also be provided.

Approximately 3kms from the beach at Ferragudo and 1.5kms from the shops and restaurants.

Gated driveway leads to entrance hall opening on to the spacious living/dining room with patio doors to the covered terrace, wood burning fire, satellite TV, DVD, stereo. Stairs lead up to mezzanine floor overlooking the living room. All accommodation is on the ground floor, spacious modern kitchen with central island with dishwasher and doors to garden and terrace. Accessed from the main hall to guest cloakroom, master double bedroom with door to terrace and full en suite bathroom, double sink and separate walk in shower. Twin bedroom with doors to terrace and en suite bathroom and one further twin bedroom with en suite bathroom. Air conditioning, pool heating and wifi are available at additional cost, if required. Maid service 2 times per week. Car hire essential.
