Quinta Vista de Montanha is about12 minutes drive to either the medieval town of Silves, with its Moorish Castle and Cathedral, or the market town of Messines.  A wide choice of restaurants and several supermarkets are to be found in both towns. The closest beaches are Armação de Pêra or Carvoeiro (circa 20kms). There are 5 golf courses, 2 water parks, Zoo Marine and Sand City all within 18-24 kms.

Wrought iron gates open into the driveway with ample parking.  The entrance hall takes you into the open plan living space with panoramic views, with comfortable seating, TV and log burner. To the left on this level is a spacious master bedroom with a king sized bed, double aspect views, patio doors to the upper terrace, a TV and sofa, ensuite bathroom with double shower and twin sinks. To the right on the same level is an open plan kitchen and dining area with a breakfast bar and access to a separate laundry. From this upper level the central staircase goes down to a lower hallway, sitting area, and 2 ensuite bedrooms - 1 King bedded room (can be made up as a twin upon request) and 1 queen bedroom. Both bedrooms have patio doors to their own terraces and the pool terrace. The sitting area has a library . A good selection of games and dvd's are available.  Back on the upper level a glass corridor connects the two upstairs living spaces internally, and the terraces connect externally via a few steps to the fire pit and outdoor seating area. The second living space has further dining area and comfortable seating. A second staircase goes down from this living area to a further master bedroom with king size bed, en suite bathroom with bath, separate shower and twin sinks.
